How to look younger than your age

A couple of days ago I posted this picture on my Facebook page announcing my age of 52. The comments were very flattering. Some said I look 21, others said 32 etc. So today I want to share 3 tips I practice to stay young for as long as I can.

Here are 3 tips for maintaining a healthy, younger look

1. Put out good energy into the world: I believe that being a positive, good-natured individual keeps you young at heart, which shows up on your skin. When you are cranky, angry, unnecessarily aggressive, you age faster. Be genuine, kind, authentic, and sincere in your actions. Reach out and support people at their point of need. Be a source of inspiration to those who need hope in your sphere of influence. The more good energy you put out, the more you will receive back to you.

2. Find time for self-mastery: Find time to sit with yourself and know who you are. Know your capacity. Believe that you have substance and depth. Knowing who you are helps you develop character to navigate issues with grace, elegance, and consistency. Self-mastery begins with a few exercises. Start your day with prayer, meditation, and affirmations. Listening to your intuition. That still small voice. People get put off by these things, but you will be surprised by how connected you can be to yourself and how much good you can bring into your life when you believe that you deserve only the best. Speak what you want and manifest it into existence. Be confident and comfortable in your own skin.

3. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water. Among the many benefits of drinking water, it flushes out toxins and improves your skin complexion. Your cells need water to do their work optimally. How much water should you drink? Doctors recommend 3 litres a day.

4. Try plant-based alternatives: Replace somethings in your diet. Try cutting out dairy and red meat. Those contribute to bloating, feeling fuller faster, and can appear on your face. Try substituting some things that you never considered. Try plant-based foods and plant-based supplements because plant-based foods are good for your skin, heart health, brain health, stamina, and overall wellness. Remember what you are consuming shows up on the outside and your physicality.

If you’re curious about plant-based products or looking to give them a try, leave me a message and I will be happy to provide you with some options.
